Bells Mill Ruins

I would like to know the history of this place. From what I have heard, there were several houses along this road. As you may know, there was a mill down the street. The occupants might have been mill workers. I was also informed that one of the houses was occupied by a man who was the lamplighter for the gas lamps along Forbidden Drive.
